My hair about 4 inches long I asked for half off and now I barely have an inch of hair left.

I went to Sport Clips of Streetsboro on Thursday, 2/17/2022, for a simple trim. I left there with my hair almost at a crew cut. The person cutting my hair didn't listen to me about what I wanted or even look at the printout from my last visit, which states to use scissors on top. She had me pointed away from the mirror so I couldn't see what she was doing until it was too late. Sent a complaint to SportsClips Corporate which supposely sent it to the Francise owner, and I have not heard a word from them since.

Went in and got my haircut by Dani. Very welcoming and she has gained me as a client going forward. She offered to clean up my beard which no other Sportsclips has ever offered.
